Great location near restaurants, but breakfast was disorganized and chaotic during our stay.

We loved how close it was to the Children's Museum of Richmond and the shopping options nearby. The staff was friendly, rooms were spacious, and we had a tasty hot breakfast each morning. Definitely recommend the outdoor patio for a chill evening vibe!
The only downside was that the pool got crowded on weekends, which can be a bit of a bummer if you want a quiet swim.

Spacious and comfy stay!
The room was huge and had a nice view of the woods. So comfy bed and awesome shower! The receptionist was super friendly and hit us with two great dining spots nearby. One downside was the noise from the mall, but it’s all good when you're in the middle of the action.

Loved the vibrant local flavors! Baker's Crust had some killer Mediterranean dishes that were straight fire. Plus, the location is dope—right across the street from the mall, and the friendly staff made us feel at home!
TV setup was a bit of a bummer. Couldn’t bring my game console without a hassle.

Recommended for family with children
The breakfast was good and there was a pretty decent selection, which kept the kids happy. Also, the room we booked was a Deluxe King Suite which we found to be spacious and really comfortable.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 16made-to-order omeletscozy roomsdirty bathroommissing grab bars
The 🥞 breakfast was a highlight with made-to-order omelets! Rooms cozy but the bathroom could use more grab bars. Overall a nice stay but wish it was cleaner.
-
missingWrote a review on Jun 01dirty showerhead
The shower head was quite dirty and clogged, which didn't do wonders for the water pressure. A single soap shelf in the shower is not sufficient for my toiletries, especially with a barn door leading to the toilet providing little privacy. Kitchen amenities included a coffee maker without filters and the provided coffee was subpar at best. The placement of the large TV is frustrating, positioned where you can’t comfortably watch from the bed or couch. For the price of nearly $450 for two nights, these inconveniences add up, and the housekeeping arrangements were confusing at best, requiring scheduling that I’ve never encountered before, resulting in sparse cleanup service.
